Soft-Shelled Turtle Consommé Soup is made with 100% Japanese-sourced soft-shelled turtles raised in the high-quality water of Ajimu, Oita Prefecture. This soup is is characterized by the golden shine of its clear broth ー the quintessence of a true consommé soup. You can enjoy this authentic consommé soup with your family. In French the word "consommé" means "perfect". It takes more than two hours of simmering to achieve this transparent golden color. The deep, concentrated flavor of the soft-shelled turtle adds richness and complexity, delivering a refined and clean taste without any unwanted aftertaste.
This curry is a faithful recreation of a recipe from a top chef, featuring ten carefully selected luxurious ingredients, such as oatmeal, dates, goji berries and a blend of soft spices. The soft-shelled turtle meat, farmed in Ajimu, Oita Prefecture (Japan), is meticulously deboned by hand, with the heat regime carefully controlled.
