Shinano Spring Water is sourced from the spring water of the Japanese Northern Alps, where snow remains even in midsummer, and is a "natural spring water" that contains a balanced amount of natural minerals. Naturally filtered through the soil of the great outdoors, Shinano Spring Water is an "ultra-soft water" with a hardness of 16, offering a refreshing and smooth taste.
It can be used with a room temperature server or, alternatively, with a server that has both cold and hot water functions, which can be provided separately.
